It's Jimmy's Day!

Happy Birthday to my Silly Monster!!

He's 24 today (as I write this it's like 12:30am so it still feels like Thursday to me) and sleeping at his house while I'm here at my parents' place. I've been in Detroit all day with my good friend Megan remembering her wonderful father who passed away unexpectedly Monday afternoon. So after 10 hours total of driving I wasn't about to add another 30 minutes just to get to Jimmy's to find him sleeping... and drooling. I can wait till he's nice and awake and dry tomorrow.

Today I'm renewing my driver's license and then baking Jimmy's birthday pie. After he gets home from work he'll open the gifts I got him and then we're going to dinner with his parents, bother, and sister-in-law. Should be a good day!
