We were starting to really have fun taking pictures. We walked up onto the Kinzie Street Bridge, and had to dodge traffic to get on it. There were two other photographers there doing engagement shoots... apparently it's a popular spot! Plus it was the first really beautiful day in Chicago in a really long time so we saw engagement shoots all over the place. We started on the side of the bridge looking toward the city.
We wanted some pictures in the middle of the bridge. We'd get out there and then have to run back when a car came. We also tried to do some jumping shots. We're not very good photogenic jumpers.
Back on the side we "took some pictures that our moms would like." Up close and personal.
See that bridge sticking straight up in the air? That where we headed next.
