Home Again

Last night Jimmy finally came home from his 10-day trip to Colorado. I picked him and his dad up from the airport with his mom last night and he almost looked like a different person! Had I forgotten how handsome my guy is? He did come home sporting a goatee and nice tan lines on his face from his goggles (is that what they're called?) We all went out to dinner and I heard all about skiing from the guys, and about FMIL's cruise to Mexico (she takes a girl's trip every year FFIL goes on these boy's skiing trips.)

I am SO happy Jimmy is home. I did admit to FMIL on the way to the airport that even though I missed Jimmy so much all week, it was nice being able to easily keep the house spotless and not smelling of boy farts and smells. The best part of Jimmy being gone was that when he did come home it felt like it did when we were first dating... all exciting to just be together and hold hands.

In wedding-related news, out STD's are supposed to be arriving on the doorstep sometime today! I need to purchase envelopes and address labels, and then my FMIL is coming over sometime during the week to assemble them with me. I can't wait to see how they turned out and to share them with you!
