I sent out the invitations on August 30th. Our guests have until October 1st. With one week until the deadline, this is where we stand out of the 255 guests we invited:
Yes: 128
No: 18
Awaiting reply: 109
It seems like every RSVP I open is an "accept." I'm really excited that so many people will be there for us on our wedding day, but I'm just waiting for the day when I get a mailbox full of no's. Do people usually wait till the last minute to tell you they won't be attending?

From my experience, yes. I think we had 95% of our yeses within the first few weeks. Almost everyone that we were waiting around for ended up being a no.
Yep, we have a whole bunch of no replies and we know they will be "NO". I think the NO people put it off till the last second...
I agree with these girls. Our "due date" was yesterday and I have a feeling that the 20 people we haven't heard from yet will all "Regretfully decline". 90% of the ones that trickled in this week were No's
Almost every single one of our no's came after the RSVP due date! I wouldn't worry about it.
