I ordered the invitations from The American Wedding. They have been great to work with so far, and always respond to all of my questions within a day of the inquiry. I wanted simple and classic invitations, and chose their "ultimate elegance wedding invitations."
In my order I requested inner envelopes at no extra charge. I just noticed that I was sent two sets of outer envelopes instead of one set of each outer and inner. I'm in the process of getting this settled with customer service. I know I should have inspected the shipment a little more closely, but it all looked right to me, especially since one set was printed with the return address, and the other was left blank... I just assumed the blank ones were the inner envelopes.
I hope they will get the inner envelopes shipped to me quickly so I don't miss my deadline!! At least I can start addressing the outer envelopes. That will take up time while I wait for the rest to be shipped.

Oh no! In the end, it's still their mistake and hopefully they can fix that for you right away!
